       Ian specialises in wines from the Languedoc. He regularly exhibits at the Wokingham Wine Fair. The following gives a summary of the food and wine served during the evening (courtesy of Colin Mair).

Food:        Charlotte served cassoulet with a water cress salad followed by an apricot tart, both classics from the region.
